凯恩帝数控系统以KND0、KND1、KND10、KND100、KND1000、K2000系列为主，其中K2000系列中K2000Ci为总线系统；步进驱动器有BD3H-C及BD3D-C，伺服驱动器有SD200、SD300、SD310（配总线系统），伺服主轴驱动器有ZD200、ZD210（配总线系统），以及各系列伺服电机及伺服主轴电机，满足机床工具行业各种单轴控制机械、数控车铣及加工中心的需求，为不同用户提供了充分的选择范围。
其中K2000M是新一代高端数控铣、加工中心系统，采用全新升级的软硬件，可实现0.25ms的插补周期，具有高速响应能力，新增如3D实体图形、多方式对刀、高速高精及断点控制等多种控制功能，最大控制轴数为3/4/8轴，可配置凯恩帝公司高速伺服单元及绝对式编码器电机，适用于各种高性能数控铣，立、卧、龙门加工中心机床。
K2000M系统特点：
1、3轴/4轴/8轴铣床、加工中心控制，轴名和轴型可自定义。
2、具有开放式PLC，满足二次开发需要，PLC轴功能可实现PLC控制坐标轴、工作台、伺服刀架和其他外围装置。
3、通过CAN总线可扩展数字接口和模拟接口，DI/DO可扩展至512/512点。
4、系统插补周期为0.25ms，控制精度1μm、0.1μm可选。
5、最高快速速度可达240米/分(控制精度1μm时)，最高进给速度可达60米/分(控制精度1μm时)。
6、配置U盘接口，具有U盘备份和恢复系统软件及数据功能，U盘DNC加工功能，U盘扩展程序存储空间功能。
7、具有与FANUC系统指令兼容的国际标准G代码、编程和操作方便易学。
8、具有丰富的软件控制功能，宏程序B、局部坐标系、机床坐标系、附加工件坐标系、坐标系旋转、极坐标、螺旋线等。
9、具有丰富的系统控制功能，高速高精功能，3维图形显示功能，断点管理功能，前加减速控制功能，限时保护功能，螺距误差补偿功能，反向间隙补偿功能，多段MDI功能，开机、参数、程序密码保护功能。
10、采用电子盘技术，数据多个位置保存，出错后可快速恢复。
11、可配置多种外设，如对绝对编码器(无需开机回零并节省行程开关)，伺服主轴(主轴定位和刚性攻丝)等。
