General
CDHD是应用高频 PWM 脉宽调制技术,以 IGBT、场效应功率管和脉宽调制集成控制器为主要部件而构成的开关电源式多功能充电电源。它省去了笨重又有噪音的工频变压器,使得整机重量只有可控硅充电电源的四分之一,3KW的CDHD充电电源整机重量8公斤。另外电源还提供有多个功能模块选配,整机采用智能冷却,即使在最高温的机舱内也能保证电源可靠工作。CDHD系列电源满足中国船级社的各种规范规则,符合船用电气及规范的基本标准。
CDHD applies Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology, being
multiple-function switching charging power supply with IGBT, MOSFET and PWM
integrated controller as main parts. Heavy power frequency transformer with
noise is not used, which makes the weight of the whole set be 1/4 of silicon
controlled charger. The whole set of 3KW CDHD charging power supply weighs 8 kilograms.
The power supply also provides several function modules for matching. The whole
set adopts smart cooling process, therefore the power supply could work
reliably in engine room with the highest temperature. CDHD series power supply
meets all the specifications and rules of China Classification Society and
basic standards of marine electric standards.

本充电电源为三阶段自动充电电源(恒流均衡充电-恒压均衡充 电-浮充电)如下图所示。对电瓶充电的全过程是先进入均衡 充电,自动完成先恒流,后恒压,待电流降到接近零时均衡充 电完成,令其(手动或自动)转入“浮充”,以涓流维持电瓶在 满充状态。其充电详细过程如下:
Three stages of the automatic charging
power supply are constant-current equalizing charge, constant-voltage
equalizing charge and floating charge as shown in the following figure. The
whole process of battery charge is to enter the mode of equalizing charge first
and automatically finishes the constant-current and then constant-voltage
charge. The equalizing charge is finished when the current is near zero, and
the mode should be transferred into “Floating charge” (manually or
automatically). The trickle maintains the status of full charge. The detailed
process of charge is as follows:
以24V铅酸蓄电池为例,过程是:接好电池,开启后,充电电源软启动,电压从21.6V(电池放电下限值)开始上升,充电电流逐步增大到额定恒流值,充电电源进入恒流充电过程,此后充电电压逐渐升至28.2V(均充电压值),此恒流充电过程一般情况下约需1~2小时;然后,充电电源进入均衡充电过程,在此过程中,充电电流逐渐缓慢下降,电源退出恒流工作,此时电源电压不变,进入到恒压均衡充电状态,此充电过程约需4~6小时,随着电流的进一步减小到额定电流的十分之一时,电源自动判断为电池已充好,电源自动转为浮充阶段,即输出电压将为26.4V,充电电流则进一步减小甚至为零,在没有外部变化情况下,此后电源一直维持这种状态,补充电池的自耗电。采用这种充电方式能够较快、均衡的对电池组进行充电,充满后充电电源能自动转换到浮充,维持电池正常电压避免出现电池过充,从而实现无人值守充电工作方式。
Take the 24V lead acid battery as
an example: the process is that when the batteries are connected and turned on,
soft starting of the charging power supply is finished; voltage rises from
21.6V (lower limit of battery discharge); current increase steadily to rated
value of constant current; charging power supply enters into process of
constant-current charge; the charge voltage gradually rises to 28.2V (average
voltage charge voltage), and the constant current charge usually lasts for 1-2
hours. Then the charging power supply enters the process of equalizing charge,
and in the process the current gradually falls; the constant-current work of
power supply ends. The power supply keeps being unchanged, and enters into the
status of constant-voltage equalizing charge; the process lasts for 4-6 hours;
as the current further falls to be 1/10 of the rated current value, the battery
is automatically regarded as fully charged, and the power supply enters the
stage of floating charge, i.e. the output voltage will be 26.4V and the charge
current further falls to zero; then the power supply keeps the status to supply
the self-consumption. The manners enable fast and equalizing charge of battery,
and the charging power supply automatically switches into status of floating
charge to maintain the usual voltage of battery and avoid overcharging, thus
the method of charge without people’s supervision is realized.
