1、产品为复合型结构。外壳为隔爆型，内装线路板为本安型。

2、铸铝合金外壳，铝合金牌号为ZL102。采用先进的“高温一次压铸”成型工艺，压铸产品表面光滑，金属结构组织细密，外壳内部无气泡、无砂眼，抗冲击性能好，产品外壳防爆性能明显提高，且产品上有模具直接压制而成的永久性防爆标志及商标。

3、产品通过抛丸机进行表面强化清理等技术处理后（消除表面应力、使产品表面获得一定的粗糙度的光度表面、增强涂层吸附能力、确保涂层质量），采用国内先进的高压静电喷塑工艺进行表面喷塑及同行业中唯一的全自动烘干流水线设备，塑层附着均匀且附着力强，防腐、抗氧化、日照性能明显提高，大大优于喷漆工艺。采用全自动工艺且在产品生产时间上大大地提高。

The features of corrosion-proof, oxidation resistance and sunlight performance are improved obviously, which are much better than paint-spraying technique. Full-automatic technique is adopted and the production time has improved greatly.
4、外壳为螺纹隔爆嵌密封圈结构，防爆性能高，防护等级达IP65。线路板进行本安防爆处理，具有最高的安全级别。
The enclosure is thread flame-proof structure embedded with sealing washer with good capability of explosion-proof. And the degree of protection can achieve IP65. Circuit board is disposed by intrinsical-safety explosion-proof with high safety class.
5、玻璃罩采用钢化玻璃灯罩，抗冲击，防爆性能好，透光率高达90%。有红、黄、蓝等多种颜色可选。
Toughened glass lamp cover is adopted, with good capability of explosion-proof, and the light transmittance has achieved 90%. And be equipped with guard net cover, which adopts plastic-sprayed technique after galvanization, with strong corrosion-proof performance. Stainless steel net cover can be supplied according to users’ request.
6、所有外露紧固件均为不锈钢。
