上海磨床M1420A/H外圆磨床系列适宜于磨削直径在φ200mm内的圆柱形或圆锥形的回转体工件的内外圆，适用于机械加工车间、工具车间 、机修车间等单件、小批零件加工。
上海磨床M1420A/H外圆磨床系列的机床分为通用型、精密型（MM）、半自动型（MB）几种类型，可根据用户需要选择。
M1420A/H外圆磨床采用后置式内圆磨具，其他系列均为前置式。MM1420/H砂轮架采用套筒式静承，并且采用独立油箱及独立的供油系统，大大提高了磨削精度，其他均为动承结构，切削力强。
机床纵向移动由液压无级传动，也可用手轮传动。横向移动具有液压快速进退和手动微量进给。半自动型横向进给有切入半自动循环和周期半自动循环功能，也可用手轮进给。

一、螺杆泵的转速选用 MA1420A上海第三机床厂H3LB-25磨床外圆磨螺杆泵
