迪斯尼集团简介
  迪斯尼公司创立于1922年，由华特迪士尼(Walt D. Disney)及其哥哥罗伊迪士尼(Roy O. Disney)创建，当时叫做迪士尼兄弟工作室(Disney Brothers Studio)，后来更名为华特迪士尼制作公司(Walt Disney Productions)，在1986年2月6日，正是更名为现在的华特迪士尼公司(The Walt Disney Company)。 经过多年的发展成为一个成功的跨国集团，其业务涉及电影、主题公园、房地产以及其他娱乐事业等多个领域。目前，迪斯尼已经发展成为一个技术系统，不仅包括硬件、设施、机器和过程，而且包括把这一切联系起来的运输、传播和信息网络以及高效运作的大批雇员和一系列规章制度。

国际玩具业协会（以下简称ICTI）是一个由世界不同国家/地区玩具商协会组成的联合商会，以各属会会员公司代表的身份，力倡玩具厂的经营务须达到合法、安全、合卫生的社会要求。ICTI主张玩具厂要坚持三大原则：一是『三不用』－－不用未适龄童工、不用强迫劳工、不用囚工*；二是『四不拘』－－不拘性别、不拘种族、不拘宗教、不拘社团归属；三是工厂奉守环保法规。非会员公司为会员公司承制产品，有关的供货合约亦须订明供货公司必须坚守这三大原则。

ICTI的职责是以会员公司为对象，进行传知、教育和调查，务求各会员公司均遵守ICTI的《商业行为守则》。ICTI作为一个商会，亦会以行动鼓励当地政府和国家政府实施关于工资、工时和工厂安全卫生的法规。
