C&A验厂对工作环境的要求

1. Working environment 工作环境
1.1 Ventilation of the workplace 工作场所的通风
1.2 Sufficiently well ventilated by fresh or purified air - esp. in sandblasting and chemical area 
工作场所要有新鲜和纯净的空气，特别是有喷砂和有化学品的场所。
1.3 Ventilation systems or windows or other openings should be available 
必须有通风系统，窗户或是其它通风渠道。
1.4 Temperature of workplaces 工作场所的温度
1.5 Thermometers should be provided so that temperature can be checked 
工厂要有温度计以方便测温
1.6 Temperature should be kept at an appropriate and comfortable level to work in 
工作时温度需保持在合理且舒适的水平
1.7 Lighting at the workplace 工作场所的光线
1.8 Suitable and sufficient light levels are required as follows: 
1.9 500 LUX for operating/working activities 工作场所是500 勒克斯  
1.10 750 LUX for the inspection activities   检查场所是750 勒克斯 
1.11 Noise at work 工作噪音
1.12 Noise levels shoud be below 85 dB 噪音低于85 分贝
1.13 If above, workers should be informed and offered ear protection 
高于85分贝，通知工人并提供耳朵保护设施。
1.14 If above 90dB, ear protection is compulsory while warning signs displayed 
高于90分贝，必须提供耳朵保护设施，同时做出警示标志。
1.15 Minimum space requirements 最小空间要求
1.16 Every workroom should have not less than 8 cubic meters per worker, not taking into account space 3 1.17 meters from the floor 每个工作间，每个工人至少8立方米，层高3米。
1.18 Work stations 工作场所
1.19 Working area and place must be arranged so that work can be carried out in a safe environment. 
工作区必须是安全的环境。
1.20 Ergonomic principles have to be taken into account 考虑人体工程学的原理。
1.21 Seats must be suitable and safe for the user 座椅必须合适安全

C&A验厂对设备安全的要求

砸扣机器要有适当的保护装置。参见砸扣保护器

在操作砸扣机器的时候，要有适当的保护程序。参见砸扣保护器

在使用直刀型电剪刀和带刀型净裁机时要佩戴金属手套。参见金属手套和净裁机。
metal gloves provided / used when operating the vertical cutter / blend knife

在使用模型冲切机时，不能只有一个开关。
Die cut machines operated with not only one switch button

以上要求工厂必须认真检查执行，有不足处要立即改正。
